Episode 3 - Reflection on handling life influences

Welcome to the third episode of the Life series. A series dedicated to life as I see it from different perspectives. In this episode I am interested in discovering more about reactions and pro-actions to being a useful homo sapien while keeping a positive attitude to life challenges

Let me start with the some key influences:

Stress
is internal to us. Humans feel stress due to anxiety, fear, anger, worry ,etc. It is manageable. How manageable it is depends on how much we know ourselves.

Pressure

is external to us, it is bring/taking from us. Some of the pressure we face- is something we cann't do anything about. Some we can mange with some self-determination and resilience. above all, this is the most external, most noisy effect we have in life, yet it is inflated and takes more that it should for us humans. I say this because of the way we usually handle external pressure.

Proactiveness/Reactiveness

For me proactiveness is about  controlling stress and managing pressure while being forward-looking, anticipatory and positive- thinking Big always.

Note(s)/ideas/discussion:
The notion that there is nothing w can do about external stress is two-edge sword. we subsequently become complacent and dump everything on pressure.

The truth of the matter is that if we can handle stress we can enjoy pressure.
Handling stress by knowing ourselves better, knowing how we operate, nourish, develop, radiate hope and productivity and action.

To sum it up knowing ourselves is a secret gate to an advantage of being prepared, having some background, some expectation to how to deal wit/master/improve your interactions and 'how' to go about life. It is the 'how' that eventually matters. The' momentum' of your journey. Momentum is driven by your trajectory and how you engrave consistency in your personal, professional and social dealings.

Interestingly the momentum and consistency have positive connotations with dreams and purposeful targets, whatever they are.

Knowing ourselves is the door to knowing and managing life effectively and 'smoothly'. I see it as the pain-free or reduced-pain gate that one should ensure is not deviating from.

In my interactions with fried,s work colleagues, acquaintances and the casual life-passers- I consistently operate using the same musical note, the same attitude. Yet there are few people whom I, beyond the agreed respect, friendliness and professionalism in my personality that most of people who know me realise, act differently with. These people bring different emotions and tendencies into how I interact- they effectively change the way I interact i.e. who I am.  What key here is that one should be able to know who he/she is with different people in life. A simple, yet informational in the 21 st century we live in that is full of tech, AI and judgement-driven social media- don't get me going on this ( another blog). These people are key to the emotional adaptiveness of oneself-. The more ones knows oneself, the better he/she becomes in adapting, improving and enjoying life.
